I have had an interest in the
fitness industry since I was in
my twenties but didn't actually
take the plunge until my 30's!!
With health and fitness along with a want to help people being my absolute passion, personal training was the perfect route for me to take. The difference a solid 5 week nutrition and training plan can make to someone’s life is incredible, completely changing someone’s life and bringing out the best version of themselves, giving people confidence they never knew they could have and knowing that people rely on me is what drives me every single day. I love my job and when your job is your passion it really shines through in results.
For me it’s not just about exercise and nutrition it’s about the whole package. It’s about supporting and believing in your client and showing them the way when times get tough, it’s a journey you take together, an investment in each other.
For me I don’t believe in cutting out food groups, very restrictive calories or fad diets, I analyse a clients food diary and try and work with what the client likes and enjoys. I find this really helps with keeping my clients on track and motivated.
I like to think I can help anyone achieve their goals, I don’t have a target audience, I can adapt to anyone and make it fun along the way! This is what makes me different, and for me it’s not a job, it’s a passion, a lifestyle.
